As a Restaurant Leader at Chick‑fil‑A, you play a key role in creating a remarkable experience for both guests and team members. You will oversee daily operations, support and develop team members, ensure food safety and quality, and help maintain a positive, high‑performance culture. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver consistent, high‑quality service
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and/or closing procedures
- Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met
- Support scheduling, shift management, and labor stewardship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Assist with inventory management, waste control, and product quality
- Model Chick‑fil‑A’s hospitality standards
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve operational goals
- Uphold Chick‑fil‑A brand standards and restaurant policies
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience required (restaurant experience strongly preferred)
- Availability across a wide range of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)
