Your Role and Responsibilities
As an LPN, you will:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Create a supportive and therapeutic environment that promotes healing.
- Incorporate Exceptional Patient Experience principles into every interaction.
Qualifications We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Formal Practical Nursing Education approved by the NM Board of Nursing.
- A current Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Completion of PDS IV Certification course during orientation.
- Basic Cardiac Arrhythmias (BCA) certification for telemetry monitoring areas.
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire for required areas.

Compensation: The maximum offer for this position is up to USD $35.29 per hour. Please note that compensation may vary based on experience, training, and other factors.
