Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in Covington. This role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Accounts Receivable is a plus, but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a stable, supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to office staff and management.
- Prepare, update, and maintain spreadsheets in Excel.
- Assist with filing, document management, and data entry.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks.
Data & Office Coordination
- Maintain accurate records and update internal databases.
- Generate basic reports and summaries as needed.
- Assist with scanning, organizing, and distributing documents.
- Support various departments with administrative projects.
Accounts Receivable Support (Preferred, Not Required)
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up as needed.
- Help reconcile AR information and maintain billing documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required (sorting, filtering, formulas, spreadsheets).
- 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Accounts Receivable experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
