This fully remote role requires a current P&C license (in any state) and insurance agency experience. You must also be able to work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding: Facilitate efficient onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure they understand their policies and benefits.
Client Communication: Professionally handle all incoming calls and emails, addressing client queries with positivity and clarity.
Policy Guidance: Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and tailor policies to fit their individual needs and circumstances.
Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure they maintain their loyalty and trust in the agency.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions to stay informed about changes and updates in insurance products and services.
Feedback Collection: Gather and manage client feedback to aid in better service delivery and improvements.
Requirements
Licensing: Active PA Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance customer service or sales is required. Preference given to previous Allstate experience.
Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and resolve inquiries.
Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and foster positive client relationships.
Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and virtual communication tools.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to effectively address client issues and facilitate onboarding processes.
Remote Work Capacity: Comfortable working in a fully remote setting with a self-driven attitude.
Adaptability: Able to successfully manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an ever-changing environment.
