Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025/2026 school year at an early childhood elementary school setting in Woodstock, Vermont. This contract position offers the chance to work onsite with a dynamic caseload focused on elementary-aged students, providing specialized speech and language services to support their academic and communication development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure integrated services
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy approaches as needed
- Participating in team meetings and maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with educational standards
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience providing SLP services in school settings, particularly elementary schools
- Expertise in pediatric and early childhood speech-language pathology
- Strong knowledge of education regulations and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with children, families, and staff
