Employment Type: Full-Time | Local W-2 or Travel Contract
Pay Range: $40$52+/hour (based on experience and employment type)

Blazer Jobs is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, school-based positions in El Paso, TX for the 20252026 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students communication development in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Employment Options
Local W-2 (Blazer Jobs) Full academic year (AugustMay) with weekly pay of $40$45/hour based on experience. Travel W-2 or 1099 Flexible contracts (semester or 412 weeks) with weekly pay of $45$52+/hour. Eligible candidates can earn $1,800$2,200 weekly gross with tax-free stipends, plus housing, meals, and travel reimbursements. Multi-state licensure support provided.
What Youll Do

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for K12 students

• Provide speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

What Youll Need

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

• ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs will be considered

• Prior school-based experience preferred

• Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
