Job SummaryWe are seeking motivated individuals for a Summer Sales Internship. This is a seasonal opportunity designed for students and entry-level candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer acquisition, and direct sales.This role offers structured sales training, performance-based compensation, and professional development in a competitive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned residential areas
- Generate leads and acquire new customers
- Present and explain company services to homeowners
- Close sales and manage follow-ups
- Meet or exceed weekly sales goals
- Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training
Schedule
- Full-time (40–60 hours per week)
- Monday–Saturday
- Seasonal summer position
Compensation
- Commission-based pay + performance bonuses
- Average first-year earnings: $8,000–$35,000 for the summer
- Compensation is performance-based and not guaranteed
- Additional incentives available for high performers
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be available for full summer schedule
