Join our dynamic team dedicated to safely and efficiently producing high-quality precast concrete products. As a Skilled Laborer specializing in rebar, you will play a crucial role in the construction and production process.
Responsibilities
- Learn and be trained in the production of precast concrete products.
- Accurately read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
- Cut, bend, place, tie, and weld steel rebar.
- Prepare steel cages for filling with concrete.
- Ensure good attendance and maintain a positive attitude.
- Utilize basic tools, including a tape measure, effectively.
- Lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or construction environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- MIG welding and fabrication experience preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or construction is advantageous.
- Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.

Work Environment
Work in an indoor/outdoor facility that is not temperature controlled. Be prepared to work Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with the possibility of working up to 11 hours a day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
