We are seeking to add an Office Assistant to our team! You will be responsible for website data entry, customer file maintenance, and some clerical work.
Responsibilities:
- Updating pricing and website content
- Updating customer files
- Filing and records organization
- Review and enter data updates
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Purchase order expediting
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
