Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Serving K-12 students, you’ll work in person in a dynamic environment, collaborating with educators and families to deliver high-quality therapy services. What you’ll bring:

  • Current and active Washington SLP license (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working in K-12 schools or educational environments strongly desired
  • Strong understanding of school-based assessments, intervention planning, and IEP development
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
  • Dedication to providing in-person therapy (virtual/VOCO not considered for this role)

In this role, you will:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across multiple grade levels
  • Complete screenings, evaluations, and document progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer guidance and support to classroom staff regarding student communication needs
  • Maintain thorough, timely records and report progress effectively
