Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Serving K-12 students, you’ll work in person in a dynamic environment, collaborating with educators and families to deliver high-quality therapy services. What you’ll bring:
- Current and active Washington SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working in K-12 schools or educational environments strongly desired
- Strong understanding of school-based assessments, intervention planning, and IEP development
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
- Dedication to providing in-person therapy (virtual/VOCO not considered for this role)
In this role, you will:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across multiple grade levels
- Complete screenings, evaluations, and document progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Offer guidance and support to classroom staff regarding student communication needs
- Maintain thorough, timely records and report progress effectively
