My client, with offices in Doral, is seeking a highly organized HR Coordinator to support onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring timely completion of documentation, training, and system access.
- Schedule new-hire orientations, trainings, and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data in HRIS systems.
- Assist with performance management and employee relations matters.
- Support broader HR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of HR or administrative experience.
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
