Job DescriptionCommercial Employees is hiring Industrial Steel Packer positions for a leading manufacturer and distributor of steel coils and other related metal products in McKees Rocks.
Starting pay of $20 per hour, paid weekly / benefits including health, vision, dental and life insurances.
These positions are for 2nd shift: 230 - 11pm.
* MUST COMPLETE A MATH TEST with Tape Measurements to BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE *
Industrial Steel Packer Responsibilities:
- As an Industrial Steel Packer, you will play a vital role in our steel manufacturing operations, responsible for preparing and packaging products for safe and efficient shipment - Securing large steel coils on to Pallets
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Industrial Steel Packer Qualifications:
- Must be able to work 2nd shift
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Forklift experience a plus
- Driver's License or other reliable transportation required as shifts often end after bus hours
- Strong physical stamina and the capacity to stand for extended periods
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
