Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions only, from intake and strategy through offer and onboarding.
- Recruit across all levels — entry, mid, senior, and leadership — with a strong emphasis on quality, speed, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Support hiring for a diverse range of apparel corporate functions, including:
- Design & Product Development
- Merchandising & Planning
- Production, Sourcing & Supply Chain
- Technical Design & Fit
- Marketing, E-Commerce & Creative
- Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and Corporate Support
- Partner closely with hiring managers to sharpen role requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and set realistic, data-backed hiring timelines.
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and deep apparel-industry networks.
- Lead relationships with external recruiting agencies and search partners, from kick-off briefings and expectation-setting to feedback loops and performance reviews.
- Screen and interview candidates, coordinate structured interview processes, and deliver clear, insight-driven candidate assessments and recommendations.
- Champion a consistent, high-touch candidate experience that reflects and elevates the organization’s brand and culture.
- Drive the offer process end-to-end, including compensation alignment, internal approvals, and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date requisition and candidate data in the ATS to ensure reliable reporting and compliance.
- Report on recruiting metrics and trends, providing leadership with actionable insights to guide hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Stay plugged into apparel industry hiring trends, market shifts, and competitive talent moves to keep the business ahead of the curve.
- Support employer branding efforts and help create an engaging, memorable onsite interview experience for candidates.
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience, ideally within apparel, fashion, or consumer products.
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles in a fast-moving, demanding environment.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and hold external recruiting agencies/search firms accountable for quality and delivery.
- Deep understanding of apparel-industry corporate roles and the associated talent markets.
- Hands-on experience recruiting across creative, technical, and corporate functions.
- Outstanding communication, offer-negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders.
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions at once without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability and commitment to work onsite, full-time in the Los Angeles area.
