Position: Sales & Player Enrollment Specialist
Location: Onsite - May work across both South Norwalk, CT and Port Chester, NY campuses
Schedule: M-F rotating between 9-5pm or 1-9pm, weekends as needed (Full Time)
Pay: $45,000 - $65,000 annually

As the welcoming face of MSquash and the engine driving our growth, you'll turn inquiries into lifelong memberships by listening to parents' aspirations and matching them with programs that foster health, fitness, character, and squash excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and close sales: Reach out to leads, conduct tours, and enroll new players to hit growth targets.
- Deliver outstanding front-desk service: Greet every visitor with warmth and enthusiasm, creating memorable first impressions in our high-energy clubs.
- Handle daily operations smoothly: Manage scheduling, client communications (phone/email), payments, and follow-ups with precision and speed.
- Thrive on a flexible schedule: Work evenings and weekends when families are most active—that's when the energy peaks!
- Team up for success: Partner with coaches and marketing to promote programs across both campuses and support events.

- Tech-Savvy Team Player: Proficient in Google Suite; humble, driven, and eager to contribute in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions: $45,000–$65,000 total compensation.
