Location: Downtown Austin, TX
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 annually + Benefits
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to support a team of 20 professionals in a dynamic law firm environment. This role is ideal for someone with legal industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys building efficient systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors with professionalism and discretion.

Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including scheduling, document handling, and correspondence.

Assist in setting up a new office, including vendor coordination, supply management, and workspace organization.

Develop and implement administrative processes to improve workflow and operational efficiency.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail; ensure timely and accurate communication.

Maintain office records, legal files, and confidential documents.

Support billing, timekeeping, and other legal administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications

Prior experience in a law firm or legal services environment is required.

Proven ability to develop and implement office processes.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
