 Manager in Training Full Time (Brighton, MI) Jersey Mikes Brighton is looking for a motivated leader to join our team as a Manager in Training. This position prepares you for an Assistant Manager role through hands-on training and daily operational leadership. What Youll Do:

<li>Lead and support the team during shifts</li>
<li>Maintain quality, speed, and service standards</li>
<li>Assist with training new team members</li>
<li>Support inventory, prep, and store cleanliness</li>
<li>Work closely with management to learn all store operations</li>
