Tel Hai's Meadows Health Care Center is currently hiring LPNs for the following:

  • LPN Part Time Day - 7am-3:30pm (every other weekend/holiday and occasional weekdays as available)

LPN Team Leader responsibilities will include:

  • Performs nursing skills and documents within the framework of licensure and as outlined on individual care plans; documents care delivery, observations, medications/treatments promptly and accurately.
  • Supervises and assists nursing assistants to follow their respective job descriptions. Confer with the Nurse Manager/Supervisor as indicated.
  • Responds rapidly and appropriately to emergencies involving residents and staff. This includes independent living resident calls, evacuations, falls, fire alarms and drills, or any other emergency situation.


Requirements:

LPN Team Leader Qualifications:

  • PA LPN License is required however new Grads are welcome to apply.
  • Prior long-term care experience is helpful but not required.
