We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and experienced New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. As an LPC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's mission to provide quality care and support to individuals and families. Requirements:

• Minimum Two years experience
• Must provide supervision to Associate Counselors
• Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups.
• Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Provide consistent communication with referral sources and/or other providers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to create effective treatment plans.
• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70.00 - $105.00 per hour
Expected hours:

• Provide Minimum 3 supervisions per week
• Work 15 – 40 per week
