What You’ll Do
As an SDR, you’ll be the first voice potential clients hear. You’ll connect with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling), start meaningful conversations, and help uncover their needs—laying the foundation for long-term relationships and successful policy matches.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement: Contact prospective clients through email, phone, and digital outreach using warm leads we provide.

Needs Assessment: Ask the right questions to understand each client’s insurance goals, concerns, and priorities.

Product Education: Explain policy options and value in simple, clear language that builds trust and confidence.

Pipeline Management: Track conversations and client interactions using CRM tools, ensuring smooth transitions to senior sales agents.

Sales Performance: Monitor your progress, meet or exceed goals, and continuously refine your approach with the help of team coaching and data insights.
What We’re Looking For
