Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve bubble tea, specialty teas, coffee, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, kitchen, and dining space
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support team members to ensure smooth store operations during busy periods
