What You'll Do
- Prepare fabricated metal parts, weldments, and assemblies for painting.
- Load and unload painting racks.
- Prime and paint fabricated weldments and assembled equipment using industrial spray equipment.
- Apply smooth, consistent finishes with proper coverage and minimal defects.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Clean and maintain spray guns, paint booth equipment, and work areas.
- Follow all safety procedures while meeting daily production goals.
What We're Looking For
- Experience using industrial or production spray painting equipment.
- Ability to consistently produce high-quality finishes without runs or sags.
- Experience maintaining spray guns and paint booth equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience painting fabricated steel, weldments, or industrial equipment.
- Experience with epoxy, urethane, or other industrial coatings.
- Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and paint booth environment while wearing required personal protective equipment.
