Job Summary
We are seeking friendly, attentive, and service-oriented
Servers to join our team. Servers play a vital role in creating memorable guest experienceswelcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, delivering food and drinks efficiently, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner with proper presentation
- Check in with guests regularly and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and promotions
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and follow proper cash-out procedures
- Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, side stations, and dining sections
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Uphold all restaurant policies, service standards, and guest experience expectations
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages (varies by state)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying trays
