About the Role
As a Veterinary Assistant/Client Service Representative, you’ll wear many hats, from assisting with patient care to ensuring our clients feel welcomed and supported. Candidate will be trained in both the Veterinary Assistant and Client Service Representative roles. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves animals, and enjoys working closely with people.
Key Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Assisting veterinarians and technicians with patient care and procedures.
- Providing exceptional customer service to pet owners, both in person and over the phone.
- Managing appointment scheduling and client communications.
- Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.
- Helping to ensure smooth daily operations by being a reliable and proactive team member.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate).
- Are passionate about animal welfare and providing top-notch care.
- Possess strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Are flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and caseloads.
- Have reliable transportation to ensure you can be here when our furry patients need you.
