Start Date: Week of 2/23/26
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Type: In-Office (No overtime required)
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Coordinator to join our team. This is an in-office, customer-facing role that supports daily operations and provides excellent service to our customers. Experience is a plus, but this is a trainable position for the right candidate.Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette
  • Assist customers with insurance claims
  • Quote auto glass replacements
  • Order glass and related materials
  • Schedule jobs and coordinate technician routes
  • Support technicians with daily routing and communication
  • Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Computer savvy (required)
  • Ability to read and write English (required)
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude

Experience

  • Experience in Auto Glass or Auto Insurance is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to learn — training will be provided

Pay Rate

  • $17.00/hour for non-experienced candidates
  • Up to $20.00/hour based on experience
