Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Coordinator to join our team. This is an in-office, customer-facing role that supports daily operations and provides excellent service to our customers. Experience is a plus, but this is a trainable position for the right candidate.Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette
- Assist customers with insurance claims
- Quote auto glass replacements
- Order glass and related materials
- Schedule jobs and coordinate technician routes
- Support technicians with daily routing and communication
- Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Computer savvy (required)
- Ability to read and write English (required)
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
Experience
- Experience in Auto Glass or Auto Insurance is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn — training will be provided
Pay Rate
- $17.00/hour for non-experienced candidates
- Up to $20.00/hour based on experience
