Compensation: $70k–$85k/year (depending on experience)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Shift: 1st and 3rd shift

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor production staff to maintain top-tier performance in safety, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency
- Manage daily production schedules and communicate effectively about any shortages or changes
- Oversee equipment operations to ensure smooth production flow with minimal downtime
- Partner with maintenance teams to prioritize repairs and improvements that enhance line productivity
- Monitor compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and regulatory expectations, ensuring audit readiness at all times
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to uphold product standards and minimize rework
- Proactively address issues related to accuracy (e.g. packaging, codes, labeling) and enforce safety practices on the floor
- Set clear expectations for performance, provide feedback, and handle coaching or corrective actions as needed
What you need for this position:
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, production processes, and OSHA regulations
- Comfortable working in cold environments and operating production equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general computer systems
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing (preferably food-related)
- Effective project and team management skills with the ability to lead from the front
- Spanish-English bilingual skills strongly preferred
