Job Details:
\n
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule
\n• Specialize in lymphedema treatment
\n• Perform initial patient evaluations including administering appropriate tests and measures
\n• Identify impairments and functional limitations in patients
\n• Establish initial treatment plans in conjunction with patients and caregivers
\n• Select and administer treatment strategies based on physician orders
\n• Identify functional improvement and goal attainment on regular basis
\n• Update treatment plans and goals per department standards
\n• Complete documentation following department standards and timeframes
\n• Maintain productivity per department standards and complete duties efficiently
\n• Comply with applicable rules and regulations for home health care when applicable
\n• Demonstrate responsible utilization of resources and participate in department improvement activities
\n• Master's degree from accredited Occupational Therapy program required (Bachelor's degree acceptable if obtained prior to 2007)
\n• Wisconsin state license as Occupational Therapist required within three months of hire
\n• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification required
\n• Minimum two years of occupational therapy experience preferred
\n• English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking required
