Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic employee to help provide an excellent guest experience in the position of Host at Counter Culture.
Our Host/Hostess responsibilities include answering the telephone, making guest reservations via OpenTable Guest Center, greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to their dining tables and bar areas. The ability to multi-task is essential for keeping the Guest Center seating chart updated with current status of each table, while also seating new guests upon their arrival. For this role, you should have a polished appearance, as well as solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Opportunity for advancement to other support positions (server assistant, food runner, bar back, etc) available if desired.
