Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Burnsville, MN, serving in a school environment with travel requirements. This role focuses on providing comprehensive speech and language support to students, helping them to achieve their communication goals and succeed academically.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary
Provide direct therapy services in various school settings, requiring some travel

Qualifications:

Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience working with school-aged children preferred
Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage caseloads and maintain accurate records
Flexibility to travel between school locations as needed
