Now hiring CDL-A drivers with 1+ year experience — steady Midwest freight, modern equipment, and weekly pay $1,600–$1,900.

SOLO DRIVERS

• Hiring within 50 miles of Sharonville, OH
• Regional runs: Mostly Midwest
• 2,500–3,000 miles/week
• Average weekly pay: $1,600–$1,900
• Home Time: 5 days out, 2 days home (stay out longer if preferred).

TEAM DRIVERS (Pre-Made Teams Only)

• Hiring within 100 miles of Sharonville, OH
• OTR runs: 48 states
• 4,000–5,500 miles/week
• Split pay: $0.76 CPM (per mile to the truck)
• Average weekly pay: $1,700–$2,100 per driver

Pay & Benefits

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid out over 12 months)
• Annual income potential: $83,200–$98,800
• Benefits after 30 days: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life
• PTO: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years

Freight

• Dry van freight: long but lightweight items (such as poles)

• Mostly driver-assist only — minimal physical effort

• If freight is unsafe to handle, dispatch provides assistance

Equipment & Perks

• 2022+ Internationals & Volvos (mostly automatics)
• Trucks run 73 MPH | APUs + 1800W inverters
• Permanently assigned trucks — take home if secure parking
• EZ Pass, Pre-Pass, Comdata fuel card
• Paid orientation in Sharonville, OH ($200/day + lodging)

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A
• MIMIMUM 1+ year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 yrs OR 2 in last 5
• Age 23+
• Acceptable driving record (call for details)
• DOT physical & drug screen required
• NO SAP DRIVERS
