If you're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and supporting positive outcomes, we want to meet you.Patient Care CoordinatorServe as the doctor’s clinical assistant—playing a hands-on role in patient care, guiding patients through every step of their treatment, and ensuring smooth coordination behind the scenes.What You’ll Do:* Assist providers during in-office procedures and clinical visits* Coordinate appointments, insurance, and follow-ups* Track patient progress and ensure timely care throughout the treatment plan* Manage and update EMRs with accuracy and attention to detail* Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients* Deliver a concierge-level experience through proactive planning and professionalismWhat We’re Looking For:* Clinical or medical office experience with hands-on patient care* Strong multitasker with excellent memory and attention to detail* EMR-proficient, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting* A proactive, out-of-the-box thinker who thrives in a team environment* Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)Compensation: In accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, this position falls within Pay Grade 4 of the 2025 OPM Salary Table for the NY/NJ/CT/PA region. Compensation will be determined based on experience and education.
