Exciting opportunities await experienced Occupational Therapists for the 2026-2027 school year in Claremont, New Hampshire. This contract role is ideal for those passionate about supporting student needs while fostering excellence among Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in a supportive educational setting. Flexible scheduling is available, with options for part-time (up to 20 hours per month) or full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week) engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site clinical supervision to up to two assigned COTAs within district schools
- Fulfill approximately 7 supervision hours per COTA monthly, providing guidance and mentorship
- Complete all necessary supervision documentation, paperwork, and reports in a timely manner
- Partner closely with district staff and COTAs to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery
- Maintain robust and clear communication with school administration and therapy teams
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license valid in New Hampshire
- Demonstrated experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants in a school-based setting
- Strong knowledge of best practices related to OT supervision, documentation, and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, student-focused environment
