Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in accounting and office operations, with hands-on exposure to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Greet visitors and provide front-office support
Perform filing, data entry, and general administrative duties
Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks
Support the team with day-to-day office operations
Learn and assist with payroll processing over time
Qualifications:
Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred
Some exposure to AR/AP is a plus
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and general systems proficiency required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
