Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time speech-language pathology opportunity is available now at an early childhood school near Fishers, IN. This contract role is ideal for professionals seeking a leave coverage assignment, starting in February and continuing through mid-May. The caseload primarily involves preschool-aged children, providing targeted speech and language therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and interventions to preschool students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably with preschool-aged children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively
