Job DescriptionSoutheast Texas HR, a leader in recruiting and HR services, is currently seeking a certified LVN for a private practice facility. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care and assistance in a fast-paced, dynamic private practice environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best healthcare professionals in the area. This can become temp-to-perm positions for the ideal candidate. Pay will start at $17+ DOE.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a private practice setting
- Administer medication and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Perform duties such as taking vital signs, documenting patient information, and managing patient flow
- Assist physicians with procedures
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and treatment plans
- Ensure medical equipment is properly maintained and kept clean
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a positive patient experience
RequirementsTo be considered for this position you MUST meet the following:
- Active LVN Certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a private practice or clinic setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technology.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care.
