We’re seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience
• EPA certification to handle refrigerants
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
