- Recruit, interview, and hire team members.
- Review the schedule for the next day.
- Scout locations ahead of the crews.
- Follow up after the crew to confirm that the work was completed.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
- Manage the inventory.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager on estimating and budgeting.
- Make sure clients are satisfied.
- Train personnel.
- Be present on-site to welcome the crew each morning.
- Supervise staff throughout the day.
- Ensure the crew adheres to company policies.
- Drive a company truck and trailer every day.
