Location – Evansville, IN 47725

Base Salary – $110,000 – $120,000 ( + Bonus )

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Project management across multiple disciplines.
• Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manage project schedules, including creating new schedules and updating existing ones.
• Manage administrative tasks and project execution through project management software.
• Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
• Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with industrial projects up to $10 M.
• 4 degree in Construction Management or equivalent OR trade experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated leadership skills leading multi-trade construction teams. Benefits
