Job DescriptionPosition Description: SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Spring Creek Towers is looking for a dedicated receptionist to handle general administrative tasks. When our tenants, guests,
and staff walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has
excellent customer service, communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Meets and greets residents and visitors and directs them appropriately
Notifies staff of visitor arrival
Maintains meeting room schedule
Time and Date stamps all correspondence collected at reception
Maintains employee directory
Enters work orders for residents in work order system
Takes resident ID pictures
Schedules appointments for residents in appointment software
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Flexibility with work schedule
REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:
Ability to identify gaps and create improvements
Excellent customer service experience
Ability to handle difficult situations/ conversations
Teamwork and Collaboration
Project Management
EDUCATION / WORK REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience handling receptionist responsibilities; experience in customer service or related field
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or
governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively
present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited
standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to use discretion and exhibit high level of confidentiality.
