We are looking to bring in an experienced, bilingual administrative assistant who can handle day to day duties with limited supervision.
Day to day duties are as followed but not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls
- Email maintenance
- Invoicing
- Scheduling
- Receiving deliveries
- Dispatching jobs and parts
