Gallant Business Solutions is hiring a Program Analyst III (Transit Program Coordinator) to support Prince George’s County Department of Public Works & Transportation (DPW&T). This role focuses on coordinating transportation programs, managing stakeholders, and supporting project execution across transit initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, coordination, and working on public-facing programs in a government environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transit programs, meetings, and stakeholder communication
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Support reporting, documentation, and compliance activities
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
- Maintain records and support program operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 4+ years of program coordination or project support experience
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Government, transportation, or operations experience (preferred)
Work Details
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (on-site in Largo, MD)
- Limited telework (1 day/week, not Wednesdays)
- Long-term contract (4+ months) with potential for permanent placement
