Shift Schedule – 12-hour shifts on a rotating 3/4 day cycle:
- A Shift: Sun–Tue + every other Wed, 6AM–6PM
- B Shift: Sun–Tue + every other Wed, 6PM–6AM
- C Shift: Thu–Sat + every other Wed, 6AM–6PM
- D Shift: Thu–Sat + every other Wed, 6PM–6AM
Shift placement based on current openings.
Your Day-to-Day
- Set up, operate, and optimize injection molding machines, molds, and materials to maintain consistent product quality
- Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate GMP-compliant documentation
- Troubleshoot and repair molding and auxiliary equipment as issues arise
- Start up new jobs and respond to production needs throughout your shift
- Conduct routine process audits and uphold 5S standards
- Work alongside Process and Manufacturing Engineers to resolve technical problems
- Monitor scrap, manage material flow, handle mold sets and pulls, and submit maintenance requests
- Analyze production data to flag improvement opportunities
- Support and mentor junior team members when leading shift operations
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on injection molding experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or comparable quality systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to read and complete technical documentation and production logs
- Solid basic math and production analytics skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Availability for nights, weekends, and overtime
