Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonates in critical and intensive care settings
- Monitor vital signs and manage life-support systems specific to newborns
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate and support families of NICU patients
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- Proven experience working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and emotionally demanding situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- Certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are preferred
