Position Summary

Bond Optics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination activities within our precision optics manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities Purchasing & Vendor Coordination

  • Create and process purchase orders within the ERP system
  • Track open orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery dates
  • Communicate with vendors regarding order status, shipping updates, and basic procurement needs
  • Support quote collection and supplier comparisons
  • Assist with maintaining supplier records, pricing updates, and lead-time information
  • Coordinate material expedites and help resolve delivery issues


Inventory & Materials Support

  • Assist with inventory tracking and material organization
  • Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
  • Help maintain stock levels for production materials and consumables
  • Coordinate incoming materials and staging for manufacturing teams
  • Assist with outside processing coordination and vendor shipments


Administrative & ERP Support

  • Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records in the ERP system
  • Support reporting and data entry related to purchasing and inventory activities
  • Generate spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with document organization and controlled records as needed
  • Perform other related duties and support activities as assigned to support business and operational needs


Required Qualifications Experience

  • 03 years of experience in purchasing, administration, customer service, inventory, operations, or manufacturing support.
  • Internship, office coordination, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus.


Technical Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new software systems and processes
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities


Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree, technical training, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience using ERP systems or inventory management software.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in supply chain, operations, purchasing, or manufacturing.
  • Experience working in team-oriented environments.
  • Familiarity with ISO or AS9100 quality systems and controlled documentation environments.
  • Experience managing outside processing vendors or specialty suppliers.


Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Full-time, on-site position located at Bond Optics Lebanon, NH facility.
  • Manufacturing environment with regular interaction on the production floor.
  • Occasional lifting of materials weighing up to 2540 lbs.
  • Use of standard PPE as required while on the shop floor.
