We are seeking a strategic Marketing Specialist to collaborate and support our company’s marketing vision. If you have a passion for storytelling, content creation, event marketing and brand management, this role is perfect for you.

This role will be directly involved in creative digital media, brand management, and developing creative presentation content. They will liaison with our social media team and be involved with company and industry special events. They will own the coordination of events that brings our brand to life.

This role collaborates with our company Presidents and also partners with Sales Associates for business development activities. Working alongside the sales and design teams, you will be involved in ensuring we meet and exceed our clients' expectations. We are seeking a talented individual who is resourceful and highly organized. A self-starter who takes initiative, manages priorities and deadlines, works well independently or as part of a team, trouble-shoots issues, and solves problems will excel in this role.

Prior experience in the contract furniture industry is not required. Rather, show us your success through media campaigns, content creation and strong writing skills. Position Highlights:

  • Liaison with social media vendor to oversee content alignment with brand and vision.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact stories and content opportunities that align with business goals.
  • Write, edit and oversee production of content across all platforms and formats.
  • Manage integrated marketing calendar balancing brand campaigns, content drops, events and seasonal initiatives.
  • Develop compelling marketing assets – presentations, RFP responses, sales collateral, product spotlights, etc.
  • Keep templates, decks and social content fresh, on-brand and aligned to industry-specific client needs.
  • Manage all aspects of website content
  • Heavy involvement in marketing-driven and industry events; creating pre- and post-event marketing strategies to maximize visibility and impact.
  • Develop creative marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and elevate brand presence.
  • Participate in company event planning initiatives.

Professional Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand, content or integrated marketing roles
  • Experience in design, commercial furniture or interiors industry is a plus
  • Be a skilled writer and communicator with a sharp eye for detail and design.
  • Confident multitasker and project manager – able to move between strategic thinking and tactical execution with ease.
  • Be proficient with MS Office Suite; advanced Canva and PowerPoint skills a plus
  • Experience producing content across formats and planning memorable events.
  • Photography and/or videography experience, making reels or short videos is required
  • Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills that allow you to build relationships and work closely with all stakeholders to manage expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or associated fields
