Talent Acquisition Recruiter / Specialist
Location: Anaheim, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (In-person, In-office)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Hourly Rate: $22.00 – $28.00 (Based on Experience)
Benefits: Eligible after 90 days — includes health insurance, vacation pay, holiday pay, sick pay, and 401(k) plan

As our team expands, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who’s ready to take initiative, own the hiring process, and help us build a team that reflects our culture and commitment.
What You’ll Do
As our Recruiter, you’ll lead full-cycle hiring efforts across departments—from sourcing and screening to onboarding. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify top talent and create a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of roles
• Conduct phone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Partner with managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Support onboarding and ensure compliance with hiring documentation
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience

Qualifications:
• 1–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support
