Talent Acquisition Recruiter/Specialist
Location: Anaheim, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Schedule: In-person, In-office | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Hourly Rate: $22.00 – $28.00 (Depending on Experience)
Benefits: Eligible after 90 days — includes health insurance, vacation pay, holiday pay, sick pay, and 401(k) plan

As our team expands, we’re looking for a Recruiter who’s ready to take ownership of the hiring process and help us build strong, committed teams from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
As our Recruiter, you’ll lead the full-cycle recruitment process across departments. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll collaborate directly with hiring managers and leadership to identify, attract, and engage candidates who align with our company’s values and both short- and long-term goals.
Responsibilities:
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms
• Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles
• Conduct phone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Collaborate with managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Support onboarding and ensure compliance with hiring documentation
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

Qualifications:
• 1–5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and organizational skills
