Job Details:
\n
• Day shift hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
\n• No floating required
\n• No on-call required
\n• No scheduling requests can be accommodated - must remain flexible
\n• 2 years of experience required
\n• First-time travelers not accepted
\n• California license must be active and in hand at time of submission - no pending or temporary licenses accepted
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT T, ARRT R
\n• Epic charting system experience required
\n• Community hospital experience preferred
\n• Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
\n• Treat a variety of cancer cases including adult inpatient and outpatient
\n• Perform CBCT/kV/mV imaging and handle emergency cases
\n• Work with equipment including TrueBeam, Elekta Versa HD, GE Lightspeed CT Scanner, Bravos HDR Afterloader, and Xoft superficial treatment
\n• Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics
\n• Skills required include IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), CT Simulation, External Beam Therapy, Total Body Irradiation, Respiratory Gating, and Radiation Safety
\n• 2 supervisory references from within the past 1 year of employment required at time of submission

This facility is a leading academic medical center offering world-class cancer treatment services with a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. The radiation oncology department features two treatment machines and one CT Simulator staffed by a team of 14 therapists, providing comprehensive radiation therapy services. The facility supports interpretation services and utilizes advanced technology to deliver precise and effective treatments for a wide range of oncological diagnoses.
