We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! As our company grows, we need a quality candidate to help our business keep up with the demand, as well as evolve into new markets and explore new work practices.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management (Order Product, Schedule Deliveries, assist with inventory management)
- Assist customer with order placement, and problem resolutions
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Purchasing products from suppliers
- Manage product inventory system
- Manage daily product returns
- Update monthly pricing programs
Qualifications:
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote)
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to evolve and try new software and work practices
