As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Franchise Development Associate to join our team and help us build a sustainable, traceable, and efficient franchise development team from the source to our stores.


Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Franchise Development Associate to support our franchise expansion in the U.S. This is an entry-level position and does not require prior experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and is passionate about developing a long-term career in the food & beverage industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and engage potential franchisees and business partners.
  • Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Manage the end-to-end franchise development process, including prospect screening, due diligence, and documentation.
  • Negotiate franchise agreements, including terms and conditions, with potential partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (legal, operations, training, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.
  • Track and monitor franchise project progress, ensuring on-time execution and successful store launch.
  • Provide timely and actionable market feedback to product and marketing teams to help optimize offerings.
  • Address and resolve franchisee concerns and operational issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks and assignments as delegated by the leadership team in a timely and high-quality manner.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-2 years’ experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident and persuasive when engaging stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • High stress tolerance and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
  • Passionate about the food & beverage industry and interested in building a long-term career in franchise development.
