Job Summary (List Format):
\n
\n- Perform mammography procedures including 3D mammography, diagnostic, and screening mammograms
\n- Must have documented experience (since Oct 2023) and provide a report of mammograms performed
\n- Provide a list of 25 supervised mammograms completed during training
\n- Possess and submit any breast imaging CE certificates earned since Oct 2022
\n- Hold a Mammogram training certificate and related documentation/diplomas
\n- Complete at least 8 initial CE hours/training in Digital Mammography
\n- Complete at least 8 initial CE hours/training in 3D Digital Breast Tomosynthesis (DBT)
\n- Submit ARRT Verification of Certification & Registration showing exam dates
\n- Provide ARRT Procedure Log if mammography certification was obtained after July 2017
\n- Minimum 1 year of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
\n- Must have current BLS, ARRT R, and Ohio state license
\n- Must be registered in mammography (ARRT M)
\n- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records required
\n- No weekends or call required
\n- Open to first-time travelers
\n- Must be available to work every other holiday
\n- Premier Health may cancel up to 2 shifts per 13-week contract due to low census
\n- Contract may be cancelled with 2 weeks’ notice
\n- Travelers not eligible for employee incentives
\n- All RTO requests must be submitted with initial application; no additional RTO after offer
\n- Application must include all required documentation and certifications listed above
