Job Description
The LPN delivers high quality, patient centered care for adults (and adolescents, as applicable). The LPN performs comprehensive assessments, develops and implements care plans, coordinates across specialties, provides patient and family education, supports minor procedures and post operative care, and ensures safe, efficient clinic operations.
Logistics:
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Location: Mount Pleasant, SC
Required Skills & Experience
- Associates degree
- Active compact LPN license or LPN license in state of South Carolina
- BLS
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previous Neuro experience
- EPIC experience
